John from Misikko contacted me about possibly doing a review for his company and within a week sent me the HANA Air Professional Hair Dryer. I have only heard great things about the company, Misikko from fellow bloggers and was not disappointed. The Misikko company is professional, friendly and their representative, John is incredibly sweet and even included and handwritten letter in my package. It brought a smile to my face because I honestly didn't think retail companies did things like that nowadays. When I order stuff online I always feel like a robot takes my order, packages it, and leaves that little perfectly typed invoice in it. The letter was the simplest gesture assuring me that real and caring individuals are behind this company=)

okay im going to show you all something if you promise not to laugh...

{stop laughing!}
Thi is my old hair dryer I got it on sale at target and it did the job that I thought all hair dryer was supposed to do, it dried my hair. No, not super fast and it did leave it a little frizzy but who needs a nice professional hair dryer right?...WRONG!

Now meet my HANA Air Hair Dryer..

It's gorgeouss, sleek and lightweight.

It's sleek and powerful! I have A LOT of hair and it took me less than 20 minutes to completely dry my hair {insert jump for joy!} and left my hair feeling soft and silky. I especially love the detachable nozzle because it adds volume in all the right places. This little dryer is simply amazing and is such a time saver I can no longer imagine living life without it [yes i went there lol]

It's also great to take on vacations. Me and my girls like to get together and spend a weekend in Palm Springs or San Diego and spend hours[vacay time wasted!] trapped in the bathroom fighting over that cheap little dryer attached to the wall.

The settings are adjustable- so you can pick your perfect heat and speed setting.

The Misikko HANA Air Professional Hair Dryer is featured on this Misikko website $194.99 I know we're all not made of money but I truly think it's a great investment plus right now Misikko is offering free shipping when you spend over $50. Mos def worth it!

Thank you John and Misikko!

The also offer a variety of hair straighteners:

ELF VS Name Brand Products

I've personally always been a fan of E.L.F products. All of their products are simply amazing for the price. I'm always ordering products that I can try out to hopefully use as back ups {or replace!} to my more expensive favorites.

Face Primer
Smashbox Photo Ready Light $36 VS. Elf's Mineral Face Primer $6

Winner: ELF's Mineral Face Primer!
At a fifth of the cost of Smashbox's primer i only have one thing to say "uhhhmazingg!" this stuff is uhhmzaing! It keeps my foundation in place [without drying out] the whole day. The only problem I have is the awkward smell (does anyone else have this problem?)

Eyelid Primer
Urban Decay Primer Potion $16 VS Elf's Mineral Eyeshadow Primer $3

Winner: Urban Decay Primer Potion (was there ever a doubt?)

I honestly thought all eyelid primers were the same till I bought my first bottle of UDPP {the best stuff on earth} and although the Elf primer isn't bad, it just doesn't compare.

Pray For Japan
My grandfather lives in Tokyo and he reassures me that he is safe and in good spirits despite the tragic events that happened in Japan. I continue to keep those who lost ones in my prayers and hope you will do the same.

Personal Update: Ive been studying like mad for midterms, it makes me grouchy so, as an incentive for good grades I treat myself to WETSEAL yea im addicted but they have so much cute clothes for spring its kinda hard not to be. Plus their shipping is freakishly fast I place my order, and the next day its at my doorstep {FYI I order the $5 flat rate ground shipping}.

&& I recently found out my good blogging friend is having a baby CONGRATULATIONS AZARELY! shes totally adorable and I really hope its a girl so i can spoil the crap out of her lol

&&& i will be having a blog sale within the next week. I'll be de-stashing items I have never/barely used, for cheap(;

CELLNIQUE PRODUCT REVIEW

The company Cellnique had contacted me and and one of their representatives Selina asked me a few questions about my skin.

I explained to her that my skin is dry, dehydrated, and has a lot of little bumps around my nose area. My skin also tends to peel in the Winter/Spring months because of the cold, windy air.

The products she sent me were Cellnique's Intensive Hydrating Complex and The Soothing and Hydrating Lotion.
I have been using these 2 products consistently for about 3 weeks.

The Soothing and Hydrating Lotion
http://www.cellnique.com/index.php/products/product-range/toner/soothing-and-hydrating-lotion.html
From the website:
his unique complex lotion consist 14 types of plant extracts to calm sensitive prone skin. It helps to refresh tired skin and replenish skin moisture - spray anytime you wish to. This is a hypoallergenic formulation excellent for all skin types.

My Thoughts: It had a very light, pleasant smell (that's the first thing I always take into consideration). This is not a lotion, it is more of a toner (I used it every night after cleansing my face) and although it does feel good on my face I'm sure you could replicate the feeling with a couple of splashes of good old H2O. On the website it also say this products helps to even out skin tone which I noticed did work for the red splotches I have around my nose and on my cheeks.

The Intensive Hydrating Complex
http://www.cellnique.com/index.php/products/product-range/serum/intensive-hydrating-complex.html
From the Website: A lightweight formulation with high concentration of Hyaluronic Acid and Essential Amino Acids. Helps bind moisture to restore elasticity of the skin. It thereby minimizes the appearance of wrinkles and helps deliver an instant supple and smooth skin.

My thoughts: A little goes a long way! I used this product after applying the Soothing and Hydrating Lotion. It always left my face feeling hydrated and so, so soft. When I first applied it to my face it was kind of sticky and felt gross however, I noticed it's effects immediately. My under eye bags have lightened in color and the small bumps surrounding my nose area have disappeared, and my skin has noticeable stopped peeling as much on my nose and upper cheek area. I really love this little bottle when I put it on my face, I feel like I'm wearing a facial mask lol
